We called Veteran's Air on Tuesday, June 6 at 9:00pm and received a return call within the hour. We originally by the answering service was given an appointment for early Thursday morning. During the next business day our service call was changed to that day. Our service was conducted by Scott Proust that was a recent hire from a different company with his 8 years of experience. Scott was able to immediately identify the problem and in a very attention to detail way corrected the issue. Scott was very polite, professional and treated our home with respect in his entering and exiting of our home. Scott also educated us on how to use our ceiling fans more effectively by reversing the direction. During our two year duration, We have found Veteran's Air employees to very competent, courteous and professional. I signed up for a 2x year (6 month) a/c service, and have been very pleased & impressed with their technicians. Although the assigned technician called in sick just the other day for My six month , I was accommodated with a replacement . The technician Matt was knowledgeable and respectful to his work and my home. I would highly recommend them for a service contract, and VA also installed my garage splitter- they were neat and the job went seamlessly.

Installed new high efficency heat pump/AC..removed 19 year old unit..completed the work in just a few hours,,Beautiful install..The three man crew did a great job..Answerd my many questions and provided a walk thru of the work performed..Cleaned up and hauled off the old units...would highly recommend Veteran Air..

My AC system failed completely and do to my limited income as a disabled veteran, I was desperate to find a company that would accommodate my needs. Veteran Air went above and beyond and professionally installed my new system. Air flows better than it had before. 5/5 Stars.
