You can opt to use a humidifier or dehumidifier – depending on what you need to do. To know which is which, you can use a digital hygrometer to measure the level of humidity in your room. The ideal level should be between 40% and 50%.

Although the HVAC system will take care of the temperature in the room, a fan would help create the breeze that your skin will feel.
