We had to have our complete system replaced. Our installers, Eric and Elton, went above and beyond and exceeded all of our expectations. My husband has been in the electrical field his entire life and he was so impressed with the quality of their workmanship. We highly recommend Veterans Air.

Very professional. My AC died and they came to give an estimate within an hour of my call. The very next day, they replaced it. They said it would take 6-8 hours but the guys did the job in 5. They negotiated a very fair price. We will be using them for all service needs in the future. Highly recommend. Ask for John, Don, or Ron - all are great.

I work most of my day at home on our second floor and the other day it started to get hot. Turned up the A/C and nothing happened other than big immediate worry that we'd either be out $3K-$4K for a new unit or at the mercy of a scamming A/C guy working on commission. Either way, something HAD to get done and quickly.

I had a technician come out to my house today named Austin for routine A/C maintenance. He was not only kind, but also very knowledgeable of his job. He walked me through each piece of my unit and inform me of what I should do for maintenance. It was such a pleasure to have someone not only knowledgeable and kind but you could tell enjoyed his job. I will use Veteran Air again and I hope Austin is my Tech.

My air unit went out on me at 7pm, started calling companies and none could reach me until next day. Called veteran air and the owner himself stopped by and had his crew come over and fixed us up. He even gave me a veteran's discount. You can bet we will be using them again.

I received quotes from 3 of the well known companies in the Sarasota area. Veteran Air provided a quote for a top line TRANE system that was just a couple hundred higher than the cheap systems quoted by others... and, with a Veteran discount, over $1500 less than the same top line system quoted by others! But its not just about paying less is it?

A/C went out on Friday after hours and Clint came out and quickly fixed the problem. They will be my first call next time we have a problem.

I'm Kevin and I live in Parrish. We had lightning strike near our house and smelled an electrical fire/burning smell. After that, our A/C started working at MUCH reduced capacity. I had another company come out and take a look. They couldn't figure out the problem. After a few hours of troubleshooting, they told me I just needed a whole new unit. I didn't trust him, so I called Veteran Air.

Recently, Veteran Air-conditioning installed a new air conditioner for our guesthouse. They recommended a mini split system and gave us an excellent price. Their crew came in and did the installation in one day, they cleaned up well and did an excellent installation. This company is easy to work with and they did not try to sell me something I didn't need. We're very satisfied.

My downstairs unit went out on July 4th weekend..after a bad expensive experience with one AC company and 3 days without AC, I called Veteran Air..Vincent came out the same day and was excellent..very professional, courteous, explained everything to me without making me feel like an idiot, was not pushy. .he is a Gem.

Prior to using VETERANS AIR I had 2 different air conditioning companies that lied about what was wrong with my air conditioner. The last company actually told me I needed to completely replace all the duct work to the tune of $2400.00 when all I had was a broke blower motor. I will never use another company. VETERANS AIR is honest and reliable and reasonably priced.

It seems pointless to give a 5 star review to a company that clearly has 5 stars... But let's just keep it going because it's valid... I would definitely recommend this company. Great customer service, showed up about 20 min out of the hour "window" but called to tell me this (the first company I called "air experts" gave me a 2 hour window and I had to call twice four hours following and still was a no show)

Veteran Air is nothing short of Amazing! I called from another state with an air conditioning problem, they showed up within a couple hours and offered solutions, they were patient, knowledge and got the job done in one day. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a company that is extremely honest, fair, knowledgeable and reliable.
