Travis and Jacob rewired/updated our whole house electric panel. They did an outstanding job and cleared up a few questions and problems we had about several of the outlets throughout the house. They were very professional, personable and helpful. We would highly recommend them. 7-2026:  one of our bedrooms did not have any ac power. Jakob came out, did some serious trouble shooting, and discovered a loose wire in a circuit breaker. He tightened up that connection and double-checked the adjacent wire connections. As before he was very professional, personable, and helpful. Jakob is an outstanding service technician. I would highly recommend him to anybody. 9-18-26: 8-4-26:  Jakob came out to trouble shoot a bad electrical switch. As usual he did a great job. He was thorough, professional and personable 8-22-26: Steve did a good job of servicing the ac and clearing out the ac drain line. But all of the suggestions he gave me for doing some maintenance tasks on my own were not appropriate for an 80 yo man with limited mobility. He meant well but I can’t do any of the things they suggested. 9-18-26: All of the service techs that Veteran Air has ever sent to our house have been 5-star techs. Miles was no exception; he did a fantastic job of installing a new water heater and recirculating pump. He also worked on refurbishing all of the faucets in the house.

Antony did an amazing job! As a Realtor, I can honestly say he is one of the best plumbers I’ve ever worked with. I will absolutely be requesting him specifically the next time I contact Veteran Air. Tech professional Ty was courteous and informative. Knowledgeable and responsive w every check up on AC unit. Impressive w functional recurring problems w Carrier AV unit. Service was prompt, explanatory tech and professional support. Now is piping duct and drain clogged. Ty was great at getting job accomplished. Tech guy explained things well.
