About Veteran Air
About Us
Almost every day, someone asks us – where did you get the name Veteran Air?
Here’s the story.
On both my parents’ sides, my family has a long, dedicated history of serving our country. This dates back to cavalry, when the cavalry actually had horses. My father was a proud American with a family legacy. Both his father and brothers served our country. Growing up, my father instilled these values in me: respect, politeness and general human decency. Continuing with my family legacy, I joined the U.S Army and served in the 11th Armored Cavalry, Medical Troop, Fulda, Germany and trained as a combat medic. My son Joseph served our country with the 101st Airborne Screaming Eagles at Ft. Campbell, Kentucky. He completed one tour in Afghanistan and my wife Adriane and I are grateful that he has made it home to us. Joseph currently lives here in
Bradenton, FL.
From Our Founder
Since founding Veteran Air Conditioning and Plumbing, I began helping local Veterans. To serve our veterans, we give our veteran clients the largest discounts. If we hear of a veteran in need that is down on their luck financially, we will send a technician at no charge to evaluate the unit. Sometimes we do a repair at no charge. Other times, they need a new A/C unit. We have partners in the community that assist us with the cost of equipment and we donate the labor for free.
My goal is to change the negative stereotype of businesses in the air conditioning trade. I would like the community as a whole to look at Veteran Air Conditioning and Plumbing as the company
they want to call to provide them with honest, reliable air conditioning repair service and an excellent job well done. We want people to tell their friends, “Go to the guys at Veteran Air Conditioning and Plumbing.”
When it comes to designing an air conditioning system for our clients, there are many items that we consider. To name a few: your budget, expected time to remain in the home, energy efficiency rating to fit your needs, duct work adequately sized for proper performance, and refrigerant lines properly sized or cleaned for years of trouble free system performance. Obtaining a permit from the local municipality and installing the system properly is another part of the job, as is having the
properly trained and expert technicians who will value our clients’ 100% satisfaction. Of course, the service after the installation is always top notch. We’re dedicated to keeping our customers cool.
My belief is in building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships built on Integrity, Respect and Honor. We will conduct ourselves with integrity, respect your home and the occupants, and remain honored to have earned your business. Our mission is to leave our clients with a positive experience that can be built upon for years to come.
Sincerely,
~Mr. Kevin Henault
