These are unprecedented and overwhelming times for our country. We’re all trying to find simple ways of going about our day-to-day lives while figuring out the best ways to deal with the struggle that is COVID-19.
Thankfully for you, Veteran Air Conditioning has been classified as an essential business, and we’re here to assist our Bradenton customers with all of their HVAC needs.
To provide you the best service possible, we’ve created a thorough plan to protect you from the further spread of COVID-19. Not only are we committed to providing top-rated air conditioning services, but we’ll do it in a way that keeps your family safe from the spreading of germs and viruses.
Here are four safety precautions we’re taking for the
benefit of your family and ours.
Enhanced Sanitation and Cleaning Protocols
Both in our warehouses and during on-site service
appointments, we have implemented improved sanitation and cleaning protocols
for all of our equipment, tools, and materials. All technicians will also be
provided with plenty of cleaning products to use during their service
appointments. These procedures allow us to offer safe working practices for
your home or business.
Symptom-Free Services
All of our employees are required to stay home if they’re
experiencing any symptoms. They must remain out of work until they’re
symptom-free and have received clearance from a medical professional.
While we’re encouraging our Veteran Air clients to keep
their appointments during this time, we also request that you cancel if someone
in your home has been ill. You will receive a call before any service
appointment to confirm your time and to educate you on our safety procedures.
During this call, we will also ask whether anyone in your
home has experienced symptoms related to Covid-19 or has been sick within the
past 48 hours.
Social-Distancing
Per the guidelines
approved by the CDC, when we arrive for your appointment, our team of HVAC
technicians will do whatever we can to uphold safe distances. This will help
prevent the risk of possible exposure.
Hand Washing
Both before and after each air conditioning service
appointment, our technicians will thoroughly wash their hands. We will also
avoid shaking your hands throughout the appointment for your safety and ours.
