Mario arrived shortly before 10am after calling to let me know he was on his way. I had a service contract and this visit was for the plumbing. All I needed done was to have my water heater drained as was part of my annual service contract. Mario explained what he was doing as he proceeded. He answered all my questions and showed me the sediment that had built up in my tank. He explained that draining the water heater annually to remove the built up sediment helps to extend the life of the water heater. Mario was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an excellent plumber! Thank you, Mario, and Veteran Air.Posted on Google![]()
